Stop procrastinating with EFT tapping

What is EFT? EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique and it’s used to treat various emotional issues. Things like anxiety and phobias. You can read more about it here and here. The first time I heard about it, was when a friend of mine used EFT to cure his fear of flying. I looked into it and it all seemed like a bunch of bullshit to me so I just shrugged it off. A few years later I heard more positive stories and decided to see whether you can use EFT to tackle procrastination. I eventually found a video below. I still don’t buy this whole body energy stuff but all I can say is that after following the instructions in this video and repeating after the guy I felt really motivated and could not wait to get to work. Maybe it’s just placebo, maybe it’s not. Who knows. Try it out for yourself and let me know if it works for you.
